InstaManager is a productivity platform designed to help content creators, businesses, social media managers, and digital agencies:

• Connect and manage multiple Instagram Business and Creator accounts via official Meta Graph APIs.
• Integrate with Google Drive to browse selected folders, stream media assets, and eliminate redundant file uploads.
• Schedule, automate, and publish high-quality single-image posts, carousels, and Instagram Reels.
• Track publishing analytics, account reach, and audience engagement.
• Manage direct message inquiries and automated replies where enabled.

3Compliance with Meta & Google Platform Policies

Your use of InstaManager is strictly subject to compliance with third-party platform terms:

• Meta Platform Terms: You agree to comply with Meta Developer Policies and Instagram Community Guidelines. You shall not use InstaManager to publish misleading, spammy, infringing, hateful, or abusive content.
• Google API Services User Data Policy: When connecting your Google Drive, you authorize InstaManager to read file metadata and retrieve streamable links solely for the features you request.
• Account Authorization: You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized by the account owner to connect and publish content on behalf of any Instagram page or Google Drive linked to your workspace.

4User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at [email protected].

5Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership of all images, videos, captions, and media that you sync from Google Drive or schedule through InstaManager. We claim no ownership or copyright over your content.

6Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or illegal material.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from InstaManager.
• Circumvent API rate limits, authentication tokens, or access controls.
• Sell, sublicense, or rent access to the platform without prior written agreement.

7Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

InstaManager is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, DeveloperChowk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API outages (including Meta or Google service interruptions), account actions taken by third-party platforms, or data loss.
